Travel Insurance

It is a condition of joining Advanced Adventures Trekking holiday that you must insured against medical and personal accident risks. This insurance must include emergency air ambulance/helicopter rescue services and medical expenses.

We also strongly recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance policy as well. You should be aware that some policies do not include, or restrict, cover for this type of travel. You must ensure that the policy you do take provides an adequate level of protection and covers you for the activities involved.

You must carry proof of insurance (e.g. your insurance certificate) with you on the holiday; if you cannot provide this at the start of the holiday, you will be required to take out a suitable policy at that time. If this is not done or impossible for practical reasons, then you will not be allowed to continue with your Trek and will not be entitled to any refund for services not provided.

Please, kindly note, these given reference of the insurance companies above are only a recommendation, which based on recommendation of our previous travelers who have used them for their Nepal adventure holidays.

You could review their update insurance policy by contacting them directly and if you buy the insurance with them, you are responsible to check the policy and coverage by yourself, we Advanced Adventure do not take any responsibility on any of their policies and the coverage.

We no doubt recommend Advanced Adventures to anyone willing to go trekking in Nepal.

We are just back from a 12 days trek on the Annapurna Circuit, from Besi Sahar to Jomsom, and we absolutely loved it. We arrived in Nepal without having booked our trek. We had looked what was on offer online though and liked Advanced... read more
