Day 01: Arrival Day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)
Welcome to Himalayan country of Nepal. Upon on your arrival at the Tribhuvan intl. airport our representative welcomes you and assists to transfer in your hotel in Kathmandu. After time to get refreshed, evening we'll meet and brief you about your trip and take you for welcome dinner in one of the typical Nepalese restaurant in the heart of Kathmandu. Day 02: Free Morning. Afternoon, visit to Monkey Temple & Buddhanath & Kopan Monastery. Evening, Yoga & Meditation briefing
Today, we will have free morning and breakfast at hotel in Kathmandu. Afternoon, you will be transferred to cultural and heritage visits in Kathmandu Valley. We will take you to visit to Monkey Temple also known as Syambhunath Stupa which is a Buddhist Stupa that is situated in the hill offering 360 degree views of Kathmandu Valley. Next, we will visit to Buddha, a biggest Buddhist monastery of the Kathmandu- dedicated to the peaceful stupa of the world as well. This Stupa is one of the holy Stupa for the entire Nepalese Buddhist peoples along with Tibetan Buddhist. At evening, we will visit to Kogan Monastery which non commercial monastery that offers yoga and meditation course and buddhist practice in Nepal. Evening, free time. O/N at Kathmandu.
Day 03 to Day 05 Yoga & Meditation Course in Kathmandu in Osho Tapoban
Morning after breakfast in Hotel in Kathmandu, you will be transferred Osho Tapoban. In Osho, you will be staying for these two days. Here, they will have their schedule of yoga and meditation at every morning, afternoon and evening. You will have full board of meals here, but all will be a veg meals. You have to have very light clothes to use here and write dress for every day yoga and meditation course ( You could also buy yoga dress with them).
You will have yoga and meditation practice in a group with locals and other tourist with Yogi( Buddhist Monk). Here, you will have simple life, but fascinating. O/N two days in Osho.
Day 06: Free Morning. Afternoon, transfer to Nagarkot. Himalayan Sunset. ( 2195m)
After morning breakfast and Yoga in Osho Tapoban, you will be picked up from our guide and will be transfer to Nagarkot at afternoon, check in to hotel.
Enjoy the sunset views on Langtang (7000m Himalayan range) and Gaurishanker (6500m-7000m) Himalayan range. Nagarkot has specific local village surroundings, farming lands and has good views of surroundings hills and terraces with deep valleys/gorge of mountains. O/N at Nagarkot.
Day 07: Morning, Sunrise in Nagarkot. Afternoon, visit to Bhaktapur Valley, Patan, and Pashupath Nath Temple
Morning enjoy the great sunrise panorama of Himalayan Shangri-La, and breakfast. You will also have opportunity to walk to the Nagarkot View tower (1 hour) and enjoy this wonderful local hillside. Yoga & meditation by yourself at this hill.
Afternoon, transfer to Bhaktapur Valley- which is one of the oldest civilization city of Nepal and this city is protected as it is from the many years. You will be able to see great royal palaces areas and fine art of wood carving in doors and windows of the temples and palaces. From here, we will drive to Patan Durbar Squares which is a architectural old royal palaces areas where you will see different architect temples and monasteries. Futher, transfer to Pashupatinath Temple which is one of the biggest Hindu temple in Kathmandu Valley. Here, you could see dead body cremation in Bagmati River. Afternoon, transfer to hotel. Free evening. We will host farewell dinner at one of the finest restaurant in town. O/N at Kathmandu.
Day 08: Departure from Kathmandu
Today, your journey ends with us. After breakfast at hotel, you will be free from us. If departing, we will transfer you to airport and our trip ends.

Born in Burlang, Gorkha District, Ishwor first came to Kathmandu in 1999 to get enrolled in a college to complete his under-graduation.
It was during the final year of his under-graduation that he got into tourism to support his financial instability. A novice, he first went to the Annapurna Circuit as a porter carrying a 30 kg goods on his back. He did the same for half a dozen trips, An earnest man, he waspromoted to be the porter cum guide for Annapurna trek and later guided a trek to Everest Base Camp.
He lives with his family in Kathmandu. A family guy, he loves to cook at home and help with other household chores along with assisting his children with school assignments.
His friends call him a jolly fellow. He loves dancing to folk tunes...and occasionally sings during the recreational activities in trek. He says, "If we consider going to Everest Base Camp to trek, it is not just about Everest, the cultural and natural extravanza along the way is what make the trip special [...] The fun of the trek is not in the destination but in what you meet along that way…and in Nepal one meets a lot!"
He is a man of various stories and you can talk about a variety of topics with him.
Kiran Bhatta well educated and experienced young man, from Gorkha to become a wonderful guide for Advanced Adventure. He has done his master in English literature and work as lecturer and tour guide. At the same time, he became a poet, writer, translator and president of the Bhimarsha Youth Foundation Nepal. He directed thousands of tourists to the main tourist destinations in Nepal, including the UNESCO sites and Pokhara, Lumbini, Dhulikel, etc.
Kiran received training approved by Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management. He is also a living member of the Nepal Tourist Guide Association. His journey in this field started back in 2015 as tourist guide and the writer. He is also a life member of Tourist Guide Association of Nepal. He loves history, culture, geography and archeology. Meeting new people and interacting with them has always been his favorite thing. He has a good understanding of English and German both written and oral. He has greatest passion of visiting places, exploring culture and visiting historical sites. He believes that if travelers can enjoy the authenticity of the places they traveled; it will be the success of the travel.
