Here, we do have some recommendation of the trekking and climbing gear list, as suggested below, please take it as a reference and prepare your own clothing and equipment, based on your travel experience and requirements.

T- Shirts (2 at least)
Light and expedition weight thermal tops

Down Jacket- rated at least for minus 15.

Underwear (4)
Hiking shorts (2)
Lightweight cotton long pants

Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell pants

Sleeping bag rated to zero degrees F
Headlamp with spare bulbs and batteries
Small padlock or combination lock for your trekking backpack
Basic First Aid Kit (Altitude medicine provided from AA)
Large plastic bags- for keeping items dry inside trek bag- Suggested
Daypack (you will carry your own small daypack for your personal valuable belongings, passport, money etc)
