Explore this wonderful part of this amazing Himalayan glacier surroundings, visit the Khumbu ice fall etc and enjoy your most auspicious time with making best photos and videos.

Day 18:

Hike to Kalapathar 5545 and trek to Pheriche 4240m 7-8 hrs trek
This day requires an early wake up, as we will head to the Kalapathar (the back rock hill top) by the morning to see the most amazing sunrise panorama over to the Mt. Everest (8848m) and its entire surroundings- Khumbu Himalayas. This is the tough hill up and takes about two and half hours to reach the top. The great view of Mt. Everest are, Pumari Chantse, and Lingtiring & south col on the left and Nuptse, Lhotse sar etc on the right. It has a great experience to see the whole of Everest from its base to the pinnacle.

Enjoy this moment, as it is the best opportunity to photography and video the Himalayan Shangri-la. It could be freezing cold so make sure that you are warm enough with your clothing.
