Because of the varied topography and places of interests, Jomsom Muktinath trek is famously known with trekkers. Himalayan Shangri-la is the most amazing. This trek is the gateway of the Nepal's hidden treasure" Mustang", the trekker can see the landscape of mustang and reach to the Hindu's and Buddhist's sacred pilgrimage Muktinath. This trek itinerary takes you through the Kali Gandaki gorge - the deepest gorge in the world!- between Annapurna I( 8091m) & Dhawalagiri(8167m).

The cultural diversity is another amazing thing in this trekking trip. At the start of the trek, you pass first through Brahman and Chhetri villages, then Gurung and Magar villages, and finally, along the Kali Gandaki, Thakali villages.
This Jomsom Muktinath trek offers you the experience of a lifetime.

Sample day on "Kali Gandaki to Muktinath Trek"

A typical day revolves around the Nepal sunrise and sunset, rather than any Western time schedule. The day starts with an early wakeup call. You then pack up your gear and enjoy a rousing breakfast before starting your mornings walk. Our Leading Guide will already be organized and have assigned loads to porters, and your group will then set off on the trail at a leisurely pace, enjoying the view and stopping to take photographs. After 2-3 hours walk you stop for lunch. This lasts for about 1 to 1 and half hours which gives you time to relax, or explore the local village.

The afternoon’s walk is usually shorter and we arrive at the campsite or tea-house in plenty of time to relax and savor the surroundings.

Later in the evening dinner is served, giving you an opportunity to sample the delicious food, talk over the day’s events, and look forward to another special day on the trails of Nepal Himalayan again.
